Product details

The refrigeration principle of a chiller is usually based on evaporative cooling and the compressor cycle. It mainly achieves refrigeration through the coordinated work of four key components:
Compressor: It sucks in the low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant gas after evaporation, compresses it into a high-temperature and high-pressure gas, raising the temperature and pressure of the refrigerant, so that it can more easily release heat in the condenser.
Condenser: The high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant gas enters the condenser. Through air cooling or water cooling, it exchanges heat with the surrounding cooling water or air, cooling and transforming into a high-pressure liquid form, while releasing the heat absorbed in the evaporator.
Throttle device: Such as a thermal expansion valve or an electronic expansion valve, the high-pressure liquid refrigerant passes through the throttle valve into the evaporator. During this process, the pressure of the refrigerant drops sharply, causing it to partially evaporate, forming a low-temperature and low-pressure wet vapor.
Evaporator: The low-temperature and low-pressure wet vapor absorbs the heat from the water in the pipes in the evaporator, causing the water temperature to drop, and itself evaporates into gaseous refrigerant, which is then sucked in by the compressor to start the next refrigeration cycle.
