Evaporative condenser is composed of cooling tube group, packing, water shower, axial fan, water collecting tank, water pump, water collector, box and other components.
Evaporative cooler is a new type of cooling equipment which combines the sprinkler type row cooler and the circulating cooling tower.
The cooler adopts countercurrent structure, which mainly includes air duct, axial fan, box, water collector, water distributor, cooling heat exchange tube group, steel structure frame, wind window, pool, circulating water pump, floating ball valve and so on. The cooling pipe is used in parallel, the heat exchange area is large, and the system resistance is small. Compact structure, small footprint. Modular design, independent unit operation, can be arbitrarily increased or adjusted according to the system production capacity.
The heat transfer part of the equipment is the heat exchange tube group. The gas enters from the upper part of the heat exchange tubegroup and is distributed to each tube through the coupling box. After completing heat exchange, the gas flows out from the lower tube port. The cooling water is sent to the water distributor at the upper part of the heat exchange tube group by the circulating water pump.
The water distributor is equipped with an efficient blocking sprinkler, which distributes the water evenly to each group of drain pipes.
The water flows down the outer surface of the pipe in a film shape, and finally falls into the pool for recycling through the packing layer at the upper part of the pool. When the water flow through the cooler tube group, relying on the evaporation of water, the latent heat ofevaporation of water, so that the medium in the tube cooling. At the same time, the fresh air led by the axial induced draft fan from the surrounding wind window under the cooler takes the water steam away in time, creating conditions for the continuous evaporation of the water film.
